It is our mission to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To ensure satisfaction for all of our clients, we kindly request our guests to observe the following. POLICIES‼️ The Waiver form must be filled out before appointment, if failed to do so, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required. This deposit has to be sent within 24 hours. Fail to do so, your appointment will be cancelled. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. Tardines: Please arrive atleast 5 minutes early to your appointment. You will have a 10 min grace period. If arrived after the grace period you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation: If you need to cancel an appointment, 24-hour notice is required. If less than 24-hour's notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled appointment. No show: In the event of a no-show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit, as well as being charged 50% of the service booked. 2nd NO CALL - NO SHOW will forbid you from booking with us. Squeeze in fee: Theres a squeeze in fee of $30 if you would like to receive a service outside of working Hours! Makeup: No makeup during appointment!! For eye makeup removal will be a $10 charge. Contacts: Please make sure that contacts are removed prior to appointment. -NO EXTRA GUEST! -NO FOREIGN FILLS -Please avoid any hairstyles that would be uncomfortble during appointment! -If you are experiencing premature shedding within the first 48 hours after your appointment, please contact me and I will provide a fill at no extra cost, anything after 48 hours will be charged.
